A 14-year-old rode an electric scooter along the roadway in the centre of Białystok, speeding and carrying a passenger, police said. The teen allegedly drove with a passenger and exceeded the allowed speed by 32 km/h. During the escape, he ended up in a ditch. His legal guardian was ordered to pay more than 3,000 zł for the lack of a licence and for not having a helmet.
