A 17-year-old resident of the Miechow district has been sent to three months of temporary detention after investigators linked him to abuse of his closest family members, Poland Police said. The teenager is suspected of using both psychological and physical violence against his relatives. He is also accused of attempting a robbery with a dangerous tool and issuing threats. After police gathered evidence, the prosecutor asked the District Court in Miechow to apply a preventive measure. The court granted the request and imposed the remand custody for three months. The case is ongoing and the suspect remains in custody while the prosecution moves forward.
