A 24-year-old man extradited from Portugal has been charged with the murder of John Soyoye in Moston in November 2020. Nico de Carvalho Wilson, 24, was detained in Portugal in March and was extradited back to the UK yesterday. He has been charged with murder, manslaughter and violent disorder. Wilson is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court on Friday after appearing at Manchester Magistrates Court today. Four other men have also been detained, extradited and charged in connection with the investigation so far this year.
