Police in Banjaluka arrested Ž.K. from the city after a bicycle theft, according to the police in charge. The suspect is accused of stealing a bicycle on the same day, between 07:00 and 12:35. The stolen bike was later found and handed back to the owner with an official receipt for the seized item. After the case was documented, police prepared the file to be forwarded to the Okružnom javnom tužilaštvu Banjaluka, the district public prosecutor’s office, for further handling of the criminal report. The next step is the submission of the investigation materials to prosecutors following the completion of police documentation.
