Police in Bracciano arrested a 61-year-old, previously unconvicted man, during an operation targeting drug dealing. Carabinieri from the Compagnia di Bracciano detained the Roman man on the spot for alleged possession for the purpose of dealing in illegal drugs. The arrest followed observations by Carabinieri officers from the Riano station during routine checks, when they noticed a detail they considered significant. During the operation, the suspect allegedly accompanied a friend to sign paperwork at the Carabinieri office while concealing the drugs in his mouth. The man was taken into custody after being caught in the act. Police issued the arrest as part of an ongoing investigation into drug dealing activities in the area.
