Miliccy police detained a 16-year-old who was allegedly driving an electric scooter on a public road while intoxicated, carrying a 16-year-old passenger who was also drunk. The teen tried to flee when police approached, riding “against the direction of traffic,” but officers stopped him quickly. Police said the case will now be handled by the court, which will decide the further fate of both teenagers.
