Police are investigating a suspected break-in at a jeweller in Vienna’s Innere Stadt after a vehicle was driven into the shop’s display window. The incident happened on 28 October 2026 at around 04:20. The suspected offenders forced entry and then fled with loot that has not yet been identified. Fahndungsmaßnahmen were launched immediately, but they have so far brought no success. The police also seized the suspected vehicle. Investigations are now being handled by the Landeskriminalamt Wien.
