Hungary’s National Bureau of Investigation (NNI) has finished its probe into a Budapest man suspected of drug trafficking tied to a shipment sent to Madrid. Investigators said they seized more than half a tonne of marihuana from the suspect more than two and a half years ago, during an earlier police action. With the investigation now completed, NNI is preparing to bring charges in the case connected to the Madrid drugs shipment. The case is currently at the prosecution stage after the investigation wrapped up, with charges expected to be filed based on the findings.
