A man was arrested in Oosterhout after he allegedly threatened employees of energy grid operator Enexis. Police received the report on Wednesday afternoon and went to the Berendonk in Oosterhout with multiple units. A police negotiator managed to talk the man out of his home, after which he was taken into custody in the street. The arrest followed the threats directed at Enexis staff. Officers responded with a large deployment and focused on bringing the situation to an end without further escalation. The man remains arrested as the police investigation continues.
