Herceg Novi police arrested D. T. (30) after he allegedly tried to swallow a PVC bag of cocaine when officers stopped him. Police said the incident happened in the Bijela settlement, where officers checked D. T. during the stop. He reportedly attempted to swallow the bag on the spot. A detailed search followed at the police premises, where officers found and seized multiple PVC packages of cocaine and marijuana, along with tablets of different types that were suspected to be intended for further street sale. Officers also took D. T.’s mobile phone. The case was brought to the prosecutor, who qualified the acts as unauthorized production, possession and placing narcotics into circulation, and ordered D. T.’s arrest.
