A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found dead in Plymouth.

Police arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody as inquiries continue.
Detective Inspector Chris Lithgow said the investigation is still at an early stage, with officers carrying out house-to-house inquiries and CCTV checks. A cordon remains in place while forensic examinations and searches are carried out. Several road closures are still in effect, including on Grand Parade and Garden Crescent.
Police say increased activity can be expected in the local area over the coming days to provide reassurance within the community, and they are asking the public not to speculate or share footage on social media as it could disrupt the family and jeopardise the investigation.
