A 46-year-old man from Pârău Gruiului, in Alba County, was detained for 24 hours after he allegedly entered a woman’s property without permission and tried to force his way into her home. The incident took place on 17 October 2026, when the man, while under the influence of alcohol, reportedly entered the 58-year-old woman’s yard illegally. According to IPJ Alba, he attempted to access the residence by forcing the front door. Police from Zlatna intervened and ordered his detention for the offence of violation of domicile. The case is being investigated under the supervision of the prosecutor handling the matter from the competent public prosecutor’s office.
