A man in his thirties has died after a stabbing attack in Breiðholt, police said. Officers were called shortly before 1.30 a.m. to an outdoor scene where they found two men with serious injuries believed to have been caused by stab wounds. Both men were taken to hospital. One was pronounced dead shortly after arrival, while the other remains in intensive care in stable condition. Police launched a major operation and began searching for the attackers. Three men were arrested shortly afterwards elsewhere in the neighbourhood in connection with the investigation. All three are in police custody. Police said the investigation is in its early stages and no further information will be released at this time.
