A resident of Gorzów County lost 113,000 złotych after trying to multiply his savings with cryptocurrency investments, police said. The man believed promises of profit and moved quickly, losing the money within just two weeks. When he later tried to withdraw his funds, he was told he had to pay an additional amount. Only then did he realize he had been scammed. Polish police reported the case as an investment fraud tied to crypto promises and a withdrawal demand that kept the victim paying more before any payout could happen.
