Police in Marcali questioned two men as suspects after they allegedly broke open the sluice of a local fishing pond and tried to steal fish from the flood of water. According to Hungary Police, the men were interrogated by the Marcali Police Station after the attempted theft, in which several hundred thousand forints worth of fish was targeted. Investigators said the men accessed the pond by removing the sluice section, then used the sudden flow to get at the fish. The case is now handled by the Marcali Police Station, which questioned the two men as suspects.
