Moldovan authorities detained two Ukrainian border guards after they crossed into Moldova during a chase connected to a border violation, Ukr.net reports. The incident took place on the Dniester, during an active pursuit after a suspected offender entered or moved through the border area. Moldovan border services passed the case for further handling to the next competent authorities, following the detention of the two men. At the time of publication, the matter is being processed after the arrests connected to the pursuit on the Dniester.
