Carabinieri arrested a 27-year-old in Oliveto Lario after he repeatedly violated community supervision prescriptions, triggering a precautionary measure that led to him being taken into custody. Police carried out the measure through the Valmadrera Carabinieri Station. The court decision, issued by the GIP of the Tribunal of Cremona, ordered a replacement and aggravation of the precautionary measure. The arrest was made as a consequence of the young man’s repeated breaches of the community prescriptions. He had already been convicted for drug-related offences. After the formalities, he was taken to the Lecco prison to be held at the disposal of the prosecuting authority. The latest verified status is that the 27-year-old was jailed following the GIP order and is currently in custody in Lecco.
