Seven suspects were arrested in coordinated raids across more than 50 countries.
Police and prosecutors in Albania, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Kosovo, and North Macedonia have dismantled the infrastructure behind a suspected investment fraud scheme that targeted victims in more than 50 countries.
The international operation, supported by Europol and Eurojust, seized more than 100 servers and led to the arrest of seven suspects during coordinated action on 3 November 2026.
The German Itzehoe Public Prosecutor's Office led the operation, working with partner authorities across the countries involved.
Details of how the fraud was carried out were not included in the published information, but investigators focused on taking down the scheme’s server infrastructure.
Seven suspects were arrested as part of the operation, while the seized servers were removed during the coordinated raids.
