Warsaw police seized more than 60 liters of so-called “liquid crystal” 3-CMC during a road check in the city center, the police said. Officers from the Warsaw Śródmieście unit found the large quantity in a car. From that amount, investigators said offenders could have produced over 20 kilograms of finished drugs. During the same operation, police also secured several dozen portions of cocaine and a large number of psychotropic tablets banned from possession without a prescription. A 48-year-old Polish citizen faced charges for possessing a significant amount of narcotics. A court ordered him to spend the next three months in custody. He faces up to 10 years in prison, police said.
