Police in Banjaluka arrested a driver after a traffic stop showed he was behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The arrest followed a control during which officers found THC in his body and alcohol at 1.02 grams per kilogram. Police say they will file a request to start a misdemeanour procedure for reckless driving, an offence set out under the Law on the Basics of Road Traffic Safety in BiH. On the territory covered by the Banjaluka Police Administration, authorities also recorded one criminal offence, 10 traffic accidents, and one fire on the day in question.
