Radom hosted the first of nine meetings in Poland’s “To Nie Ja” prevention and education campaign, aimed at warning young drivers about the consequences of one irresponsible decision behind the wheel. Invited students from high schools across Radom County listened to real accounts from people whose lives were changed by tragic road events. Police said the sessions were not classroom lectures in theory, but stories designed to show how quickly a single choice while driving can lead to dramatic outcomes. The campaign runs through a series of nine meetings. At the first event, teenagers were given the chance to hear directly from those affected by the consequences, with the focus on road safety and personal responsibility. As the programme continues, organisers plan further sessions for other schools taking part in the “To Nie Ja” rollout. The latest status is that the campaign is now underway, with the first meeting already held and more sessions scheduled as part of the nine-event series.
