Poland’s Central Bureau for Cybercrime Investigation (CBZC) dismantled an international network trading in doping substances, seizing assets worth over one million złotys. The operation, run with Europol and the Polish Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA), led to six arrests and the shutdown of an illegal production site. Six people were detained in a coordinated action after investigators uncovered an organised criminal group dealing in anabolic substances and medicinal products. The raids took place under the supervision of the Kraków Regional Prosecutor’s Office. Officers and agency partners seized more than 1,000 anabolic products from the illegal operation. Police described the case as an international effort against illegal handling of doping-related substances. The investigation was carried out by CBZC, with support from Europol and POLADA, and overseen by prosecutors in Kraków. The suspects face the legal process that follows the arrests in such cases.
