Green Zielona Góra police dismantled a cannabis plantation hidden in the basement of a home, after vigilance and good field recognition led them to the property. Officers found several dozen cannabis plants in different stages of growth. A 39-year-old woman was detained at the scene and the case has already moved to charges. Police say the plants were being grown in a concealed basement setup inside the residence. The operation resulted in the seizure of narcotic substances and the arrest of the woman suspected of involvement. The woman has been charged, and prosecutors seek a sentence of up to 8 years in prison.
