Budva police raided a flat and found about 650 grams of marihuana and around 44 grams of cocaine, leading to the arrest of a 23-year-old man. Officers from the Budva Security Department carried out the operation in coordination with the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica. The man, identified as Ć.S. (23) from Berane, was taken into custody after a search of the home he uses. During the raid, police also seized two mobile phones, multiple SIM cards from foreign mobile operators, 185 euros, and items intended for packaging and distributing narcotics. After the criminal investigation, and on the order of the prosecutor acting for the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, Ć.S. was detained on suspicion of the criminal offence of unauthorized production, possession and placing in circulation of narcotic drugs. He will be brought before the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office with a criminal report for further handling.
