Police in Kryvyi Rih arrested a 43-year-old man suspected of selling cannabis. Officers say they documented his drug trafficking during operational measures and detained him during another sale, in line with Article 208 of Ukraine’s Criminal Procedure Code. During a court-authorized search at the suspect’s home, police seized sealed plastic wrap packets, a mobile phone, and scales. Investigators, with the agreement of the Kryvorizhzhia Central District Prosecutor’s Office, notified the man of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 307 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code. The suspect was held in custody as a preventive measure.
