Poland police run XVI district officers’ final with shooting and paperwork tests
Second-day events included a district-competence simulation and first-aid tasks for team leaders.
Poland’s police officers are taking part in the XVI Finale of the nationwide “Dzielnicowy Roku” contest, with competitors tested in both field skills and service knowledge.
On the second day, district officers faced challenges including a simulation of district duties and shooting practice. Team leaders, meanwhile, competed in tasks based on analysing official service documentation and providing first aid.
The event is designed to measure day-to-day capabilities of district officers through practical scenarios, while their supervisors are assessed on their ability to review records and respond to first-aid situations. The competition continues with further rounds as contestants move through their assigned disciplines.
The latest verified status shows the contest ongoing, with the second day’s competitions already underway as police continue the final stage of the programme.
