31-year-old pleads for a year and is released after a judge validates the arrest.
A 31-year-old man was arrested in Pollenza after being caught selling cocaine, with officers finding additional doses in his rental car.
Carabinieri spotted the suspected drug deal around 10pm on Saturday in front of a bar. The man handed over 0.65 grams of cocaine to a 49-year-old, and police immediately searched him and the vehicle.
In the rental car, officers recovered five more doses of the same substance, two smartphones with SIM cards, and 1,800 euros in cash. The suspect also had 1,000 euros on him, and police found another 1,240 euros at home.
The arrest was taken to court for the direct hearing. The judge validated the arrest, and the man used the right not to answer. He then patteggiato for one year, returning to freedom.
His case is listed as handled following the court outcome tied to the patteggiamento.
