Police in Orhei have identified, located and detained the second driver involved in a fatal crash in Hulboaca, officials said. The man, 64, was driving a Lada at the time of the accident, according to the police investigation. Investigators also believe the vehicle may have been partially repaired after the impact. The crash happened on 9 October in the village of Hulboaca. A 60-year-old man was struck by a car and then run over by a second vehicle. The first driver has already been identified as a 49-year-old man driving a Nissan. Police continue working to establish all circumstances of the accident and to take the legal decisions required. The investigation is ongoing as officers pursue further findings into what happened and the suspected involvement of both drivers.
