Police arrested a man in Carlisle after a chase through the city centre on suspicion of shoplifting and breaching his criminal behaviour order. Officers from the Carlisle Neighbourhood Policing Team were patrolling in the city centre on e-bikes on Sunday, October 10, when they spotted the man breaching his order. He was then chased by police, and a member of the public helped them catch him. The man was arrested for breaching the order and shoplifting.
