Gdańsk police arrested three men suspected of forcing a Gdynia resident into captivity, after officers found more than 15,000 drug doses in a car tied to one suspect. Investigators said the men acted as an organized criminal group and faced charges including unlawful deprivation of liberty and coercing someone to a specific behavior. On a prosecutor's request, a court ordered all three to be held in pre-trial detention for three months. Police said a pair of alleged helpers, a 20-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, were also detained and charged. The pair is under police supervision, with a ban on leaving the country and a ban on contacting other suspects and the victim. The case is being handled by the prosecutor’s office following the police operation led by officers from the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Gdańsk.
