Madrid police have detained three minors over a stabbing that left a 14-year-old badly injured in Pueblo Nuevo, Ciudad Lineal, on Friday night. Police said the victim was attacked at around 21:45 in the street of Sauzal, where he received four stab wounds to the torso and a leg. Sources said the Policía Nacional is investigating a possible gang-related incident involving young people. The three arrested minors, two aged 14 and one aged 15, are believed to be linked to the Trinitarios, while the victim is said to be connected to Dominican Don't Play (DDP). Officers were first at the scene and applied a tourniquet to the victim’s thigh to control the bleeding until medical teams arrived. SAMUR then stabilized him and took him in serious condition to Hospital La Paz, accompanied by Madrid Municipal Police. The investigation continues as police work to establish the circumstances of the attack and any links between those involved with youth gangs. The three minors are currently detained as the Policía Nacional carries on the inquiry.
