Two people were arrested after a suspected burglary attempt at a transport company in Los Barrios, Guardia Civil said. The alarm went off at around 23.25 on a night when three patrols from the Los Barrios duty post were sent to the site. Officers found the suspects inside the company grounds, and the two tried to flee on foot before being intercepted and detained. During the intervention, the Guardia Civil seized tools it said were used in the break-in, along with masks (pasamontañas), gloves, and €700 in cash. One person linked to the company was injured during the operation, with injuries attributed to one of the detainees, leading investigators to add allegations of injuries. The arrests have been linked to alleged offences including robbery with force, injuries, resistance, and disobedience to agents of authority.
