Police linked him to drunk driving, unlicensed driving, an accident, drugs and shop theft.
A 35-year-old Ukrainian citizen was detained by police in Oława and later deported after a long list of alleged offences, including driving while drunk and shop theft.
Oławskie police said the man had failed to stop for a road check and had driven without a valid licence. He allegedly caused a collision, and they also linked him to possession of drugs and shoplifting over recent months.
Officers compiled their case based on the alleged incidents connected to the suspect in Oława. After the man was detained, the authorities issued a return decision, ordering him to go back to his country of origin.
The man was then handed over to Border Guard officers, who took over further procedures.
His current status is detention followed by deportation procedures with the Border Guard handling the next steps.
