Police in Favoriten arrested a 17-year-old after a drug find escalated into aggressive behavior toward officers on duty at the Keplerplatz. On 25 October at 10.15, officers stopped the teenager at Keplerplatz and found a small amount of suspected drugs. The subsequent official action was moved to a nearby police station, where a search continued. During the search in the station, the teenager tried to hide more suspected drugs under his feet and refused to lift them. Officers also said he insulted them, spat at their feet, shouted loudly, and gestured wildly. After repeated warnings, police carried out a provisional arrest because he continued the suspected criminal behavior. The teenager was detained and reported multiple times.
