A 23-year-old was sitting on a park bench when officers arrived, with an injury to his leg. His friend, a 17-year-old, was also present. Initial investigations indicate that the 23-year-old was injured by a friend of his companion during a dispute. The injured man did not want to say what the disagreement was about. The 17-year-old called his friend and suspected offender by phone in front of the officers. The 17-year-old reported that a dispute between him and the 23-year-old had turned physical, and police detained him at the scene. The 17-year-old was taken into custody provisionally. Prosecutors ordered that he be released on bail, and he was shown on free foot following the order. Emergency services treated the 23-year-old and took him to hospital for further care.
