Vienna police say three suspects have been identified after a suspected attempted break-in at a sanitation shop in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus. Investigators were called after the incident on 24.10.2026 at around 04:00, when a burglary attempt was reported. The Landeskriminalamt Wien, Außenstelle West, Ermittlungsbereich Diebstahl later connected the three suspects to further offences in the same night. Police allege the three suspects, all considered strafunmündig, were responsible for four additional completed break-ins in business premises. The affected locations were in Vienna’s Innere Stadt, Wieden, Margareten and Mariahilf districts. The three people were reported to authorities. Further investigations are ongoing.
