A Kosovo citizen identified as AZ was extradited from Switzerland to Kosovo after being named in an international arrest warrant. Kosovo police said the extradition was carried out by the Directorate for International Police Cooperation, working with other Kosovo police units and justice institutions. The warrant was issued by Kosovo justice institutions over an offence described as Endangering Public Traffic. After arriving in Kosovo, the suspect was handed over to the police units of the DRP Gjilan for further legal procedures, according to the announcement.
