The three-day programme took place in Lisbon from 24 to 26 June 2026.
The Western Balkans Criminal Justice Project (WBCJ) organised the third edition of its flagship training on joint investigation teams (JITs) from 24 to 26 June 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal.
The event was organised in cooperation with the JITs Network Secretariat at Eurojust and the EL PACCTO 2.0 project. The training focused on supporting cross-regional work through joint investigation teams, a tool used by authorities to cooperate on cases.
This edition of the WBCJ training was part of an ongoing effort to strengthen JIT cooperation between the Western Balkans and Latin America. The programme was held as a three-day session in Lisbon, where participants gathered as part of the WBCJ initiative.
